Please, read and review these Terms before accessing or using this Website. By accessing or using this Website, the users (“Users”) acknowledge that they have read, understood, and tacitly agreed to the Terms of Use Agreement.

The Site has been created to provide Users, European physicians, with a free Site whose purpose is a medical education and support in urology.
Hereinafter referred to as the "Service(s)".

Equally, the information on this site may not be construed to recommend the use of drug products without the advice of a doctor.

Doctors and experts in their field write all the scientific content on the Website The editorial plan is drawn up under the supervision of Pierre Fabre and a steering committee in order to guarantee compliance with the editorial line.
Users are aware that all information, data, texts, software, tools, advice, photographs, images, videos, advice sheets, messages, or any other material on the Website (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Content") are the responsibility of the person who has provided the Content.

Pierre Fabre undertakes to ensure that the content of this Website complies with the legal provisions currently in force. They undertake especially not to distribute content that is in violation of the rights of third parties, as being of a violent, pornographic, or defamatory character and not to distribute content that is illicit, and racist, xenophobic, pedophiliac or otherwise detrimental to human dignity.

ARTICLE 12- JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW

The present general conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Terms of Services shall be submitted to mediation, prior to any legal action or arbitration. If mediation 
fails, the dispute will be brought before the competent court within the jurisdiction of the Paris Court of Appeal.
